2. Document review including court order interpretations of up-to 10 pages per month;
3. Three percent (3%) off on hourly fees plus up-to $500 retainer discount.

Small Business Legal Services

Basic Business Legal Services Plan: $299.99/MO

Benefits:

1. One (1) legal consultation per month;
2. One (1) demand letter per month at 10% discounted hourly rate; and
3. One (1) contract drafting (not to exceed 10 pages);

Premium Business Legal Services Plan: $599.99/MO

Benefits:

1. One (1) legal consultations per month on major legal issues;
2. One (1) demand letters per month at 25% discounted hourly rate;
3. Document review of up-to 1 contacts (25 page limit) per month;
4. One (1) contract drafting (10 page limit per contract) per month;
5. Three percent (3%) off hourly rate plus up-to $500 retainer discount.

Premium+ Business Legal Services Plan: $999.99/MO

Benefits:

1. Unlimited legal advice on daily matters;
2. Four (4) legal consultations per month on major legal issues;
3. Four (4) demand letters per month;
4. Unlimited Document review (150 page limit) per month;
5. Five (5) employee onboarding/termination per quarter;
6. Ten percent (10%) off hourly rate plus up-to $1500 retainer discount
